Roland Körmendi / SMiTHMUSiX (HU, NL)

Roland Körmendi, aka RoleyDutch, is one of the two members of the SMiTHMUSiX composer/producer team. Born in the Netherlands, he started his career as a manager and music producer for a rap group in Rotterdam, and has also worked as a promoter for well-known American artists, building up an active network of contacts in the American music market. After his move to Hungary, he met his SMiTHMUSiX partner, Norbert Kovács, in Székesfehérvár at Stephane Mounier’s “Kinx Studio”. Since then they have worked with artists such as Snoop Dogg, Domino, Marc E. Bassy, Clinton Sparks, Ty Dolla Sign, Afrojack, Mike Jones, Afroman, Bonnie Tyler, Tomi Popovic, Clay Newton, Chuck New, Lucho Bolivar, Evolsi, DLush, Miranda Glory, Nils van Zandt, Nicci, Annalie Prime, Alyshah, Dazz Band, Loverboy Vo, J.Gunn, Royal, Adriiana, Billy Cook and many more. Their music has been used in advertising campaigns and TV series. They are currently working on many exciting new projects, such as a JAMES BROWN Tribute Album with “Jason Brown” (grandson of Mr. James Brown). They have recently released their hit song “4U” in tribute to deceased rappers, featuring West Coast Rap Legend “DOMINO”. They are constantly developing their marketing strategy and are also working on a multi-lingual music project for children called “ARi BARi” on YouTube.
